Right now we are only able to ship online orders within West and East Malaysia.

DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During peak periods, there would be some delay in shipping. Do bear with us as we could not fulfill next day delivery promise due to massive orders and transaction and availability issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (product defects, damage when shipment or wrong item/type/colour/etc) you can send it back to us.

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days from date of delivered.
  • Items bought during promotional or seasonal events are not accepted for returns and exchanges.
  • Damage items must be return together with original box.

Please provide us a photo of the defect or damage item as a proof in order to proceed with a replacement.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

HOW ABOUT POSTAGE CHARGES?
